Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Dribble Football Live ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Dribble Football Live iOS application and the website at dribblefootball.xyz (together, the "Service"). By installing, opening, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Scrape, bulk-download, or resell data obtained through the Service.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data.
Use the Service to violate any law, infringe any rights, or distribute malicious software.
Use the Service for commercial gambling or to aggregate data for betting products without a separate agreement with us.

4. In-App Subscriptions (Premium)

Dribble Football Live offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium") through Apple's App Store. The following applies to all Premium subscriptions:

Payment. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charge. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing your subscription. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Benefit. A Premium subscription removes ads from the App. Nothing else is gated.
Price changes. If we change the price, we will notify you in advance and you will have the option to accept the new price or cancel.
Refunds. Apple handles all refund requests for App Store purchases. You can request a refund via Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Football Data

Scores, statistics, fixtures, standings, player data, and transfer information are provided by third-party data partners. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that the data is error-free, complete, or up-to-the-second. Do not rely on the Service for betting or any other purpose where perfect accuracy is required.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's interface, code, logos, and original written content are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Team names, league logos, crests, kits, and player imagery belong to their respective clubs, leagues, and rights holders. Their appearance in the App does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

7. User Content

If you send us messages, feedback, or suggestions via the contact form or email, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Apple, Google AdMob, OneSignal, and API-Football. Your use of those providers' services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity.
Inaccurate or delayed scores, statistics, or other content.
Any losses arising from your reliance on the Service for betting or other financial decisions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD 50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us from any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where required by law, notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service will be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

15. Apple App Store Terms (EULA)

If you accessed the App via the Apple App Store, you also agree that:

These Terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you (to the extent permitted by law).
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
